#AthenaNuggets: Athena inter-calibration working group

In AthenaNuggets #33, the co-chairs of the Athena inter-calibration working group, Steve Sembay, Vadim Burwitz and François Pajot, explain the calibration strategy to ensure that the Athena instruments will meet their science requirements.

This strategy includes test campaigns on the ground in dedicated facilities and in-orbit from X-ray source signals which have known characteristics, as well as, comparing results from different X-ray missions to get a consensus view of the X-ray.
