Norbert Werner awarded the Ignaz L. Lieben Prize of the Austrian Academy of Sciences
Norbert Werner has been awarded the Ignaz L. Lieben Prize of the Austrian Academy of Sciences for his research achievements in the field of X-ray astronomy.
Norbert is an astrophysicist at Masaryk University Brno and a member of the Athena Science Study Team.
His research is currently focused on how supermassive black holes and galaxies grow up together, as well as on the application of nanosatellites in astrophysics.
