A new simulation tool developed by ACO
The Athena Community Office has developed a new simulation tool to determine the flux sensitivity in a given energy band for a given instrument of the Athena mission as a function of exposure time. The tool is written in Python and distributed openly in the GitHub platform under this repository.
We invite the community to use this new tool and to contact us for any support.
